Kendal Golf Club proudly celebrated its centenary in 1991 and indeed has now been at its present location for over 110 years. Numerous improvements have been made over the years, the most recent of-which was lengthening the course to a Par 70 and refurbishing the clubhouse.

The course has an excellent reputation for the fine standard of its greens and fairways and the limestone drainage ensures the course is playable all year round.

The Professional Shop offers a fully stocked shop with all the major brands and latest equipment for all your golfing needs. You can also hire equipment from our shop. Peter Scott our PGA qualified Professional and his staff will be delighted to meet your needs.

Kendal Golf Club offer a first class catering and bar facility to make your golfing trip complete. Catering is available 7 days per week throughout the year, with normal opening hours Summer 11-6 and Winter 11.30-3.30. The well stocked bar offers a warm and friendly service at competitive prices, and the refurbished patio area offers a delightful area to sit when the sun shines.

Directions

From the M6 - Junction 36 join the A591 and follow signs for the south exit of Kendal, onto Milnthorpe Road. On entering Kendal you pass Kendal college on your left and then you take the 3 rd left onto Gillingate. Follow the Road up and go straight across the junction and turn up The Heights which leads to Kendal Golf Course.
