De Vere Oulton Hall is a Dave Thomas designed golf course which surrounds the 5* hotel and overlooks a typical Yorkshire landscape of hills and dales.

The 18 hole, Par 71 Course is one of those great courses that is not necessarily as benign as it first appears. Bunkers are strategically placed on many fairways, so planning and shot placement are of paramount importance. The course is in magnificent shape and a good test for all abilities.

The driving range has 18 covered and floodlit bays to practice rain or shine, day or night. There are also chipping and putting facilities.

The Claret Jug is the venue to relive your triumphs on the course. It serves simple modern food with an emphasis on the freshest local produce to refuel and treat you after your round.

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, the Hotel will make every effort to re-sell the facilities on your behalf.

In the event of the Hotel being unsuccessful in reselling the cancelled or amended booking, cancellation charges will be made as follows:
Cancellation/Partial Cancellations & Postponements - Period of Notice & Charge.
365 days or longer - 10% of rates quoted
Between 180 and 365 days - 25% of rates quoted
Between 120 and 180 days - 50% of rates quoted
Between 60 and 120 days - 75% of rates quoted
Between 8 days and 60 days -90% of rates quoted. The charges apply to: 90% of the contracted accommodation & packages.

Directions

From the M1 - take junction 42 for the M62 towards Hull. Leave at junction 30 and follow the signs toward Rothwell. Then follow the sign which says "Oulton 1 mile", taking the first exit at the next 2 roundabouts. The hotel is on your left.

From the A1 South - take junction for the M62 towards Leeds and leave at junction 30. Then follow the signs to Rothwell and Oulton as above.

From the A1 North - follow the A1/M1 link road towards Leeds and take junction 44. Turn left at the top of the slip road and follow the A639 to the roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout and the hotel is on your left.
